Dawn in the Powderhorn Wilderness
SOUTHERN COLORADO
Below Gunnison, in Southern Colorado along Cambell Creek, lies the BLM Powderhorn Wilderness, with the Powderhorn Lakes and Calf Creek Plateau. These Bureau of Land Management lands – essentially our lands, all American Citizen lands - are threatened by development, encroaching illegal use, industrial greed.
Hunters, fishermen and women, outdoor enthusiasts, recreation enthusiasts, ranchers….. all love and rely upon these lands- our lands. Protect them, visit them often, enjoy then- speak out for their long term preservation for future generations. Come visit the Powderhorn.
This was my view at Dawn…. stopping me in my tracks - while chasing horses that broke their overnight tether.
